This machine cosisted of five system: stainless steel tank, stainless steel frame, PLC control, electrical system, automatic weight filling and press capping system, transportation idler wheel.

Function character:

Once start-up, it will automatically finish filling, high robotization. It can setting any volume within the designed range. Fast and slow two speeds filling to prevent overflow and ensure weighting accuracy. It fits for varied of bottles and sizes, very flexible.  There is anti-leak device so as to ensure non-spillage when filling. It has automatic press cap function. According to the bag's specail design, it can add a device to clamp the bag, therefore, the other process will not affect by the bag's materail.
